To guarantee your reservation, we ask you for your credit card details. We do not debit the amount from your credit card. You pay for your stay at the hotel direct.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up until 2 days prior to your arrival. If you fail to arrive at the hotel but have not cancelled, or if you cancel your reservation less than 2 days prior to arrival, Swiss Budget Hotels GmbH or the hotel reserves the right to charge you for 1 night on your credit card.
